Services for Seymour Brownstone, 35, of 405 Beverly dr., Wilmette, who was killed Thursday night in a four car collision in Edens expressway near Evanston, will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 5206 Broadway. Mr. Brownstone is survived by his widow, Anita; three sons, Barry, Randy, and Alan; his parents, Dr. and Mrs. Mendel Brownstone; and a brother.

Dr. Mendel Brownstone, 72, of 2847 Berwyn av., died yesterday in his home. He had been an optometrist in Chicago for 42 years with offices at 1554 Roosevelt rd. Surviving are his widow, Esther; a son, Joseph; five grandchildren; and five brothers; and three sisters. Services will be held at 1 p.m. today in the chapel at 5206 Broadway.
